Choose the job you want to train

SwingMate is the movement trainer, with adjustable references for swing plane, club-path tendency, hand path and rotation. StanceMate is the setup trainer, making stance width and ball position measurable from club to club. Stryper Plus combines both when you want setup and movement references around the same ball position.

You do not need both products for either one to work. Start with the practice problem you actually want to solve.
