What to read first

If you are new to Stryper, start with How Stryper Works. It explains the logic behind the system: coaches diagnose, ball flight helps you self-check, and Stryper gives you visible references to make practice more repeatable.

If you already know your miss, go straight to Golf Ball Flight Laws. If you are working on swing plane or hand path, start with Key Stryper Drills. If your contact and launch are inconsistent, start with the stance width, ball position and low-point video guide. If you practise indoors, on mats, on synthetic turf or in a simulator bay, read Golf Training Aids for Simulators, Synthetic Turf and Mats.
