Shipping policy

We currently ship online orders to Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. The United Kingdom, European Union and other destinations are not currently available at checkout.

Australia

Standard shipping is A$9.90 for orders below A$100 and free from A$100. Express shipping is A$14.90 below A$100, A$9.90 from A$100 to A$224.99, and free from A$225.

New Zealand

Standard shipping is NZ$13 for orders below NZ$120 and free from NZ$120. There is no minimum order value.

United States

There is no minimum order value for the United States. Standard shipping starts at US$25, with the applicable tiered rate shown at checkout.

Stryper uses a prepaid duties and taxes route for U.S. orders. Applicable import duties or tariffs handled through that route are prepaid before delivery, so you should not receive a separate customs bill for those charges.

Canada

There is no minimum order value for Canada. Standard shipping starts at C$35, with the applicable tiered rate shown at checkout.

Stryper uses a prepaid duties and taxes route for Canadian orders. Applicable import duties or taxes handled through that route are prepaid before delivery, so you should not receive a separate customs bill for those charges.

Dispatch and tracking

Where possible, we ship orders the same day. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking is sent after dispatch and most orders are shipped via Australia Post or its international delivery partners.

Checkout is authoritative

Shipping availability and the final shipping charge are determined at checkout. If checkout does not offer a shipping method for your order, that destination or order is not currently eligible for shipping.
