Note for U.S. customers. We PRE-PAY all duties and tariffs applicable for shipping to you. So what you see in the Cart is including those fees. Your items will clearb Customs Border Patrol with no issues and without any extra charge to you. The actual cost to ship to you is far higher but we absorb much of this cost to keep you guys repping Stryper products!

Fulfillment
Where possible, we try to ship all orders the same day. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number, which is usually via Australia Post. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Domestic Shipping
All Australian and NZ orders are $9.90 flat rate for less than AU$100, Over AU$100 is FREE. All orders over AU$250 are FREE EXPRESS post, usually via Australia Post.
International Shipping
We offer standard shipping worldwide for additional AU$35 (EU20 or US24). You can upgrade that to Express shipping worldwide for a total of AU$55.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stryper Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info at strypergolf dot com dot au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
